Balance ChiropracticAbout Julie Jastrzemski

Charlottesville area physical therapist Julie Jastrzemski graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She received her physical therapy degree from the University of Buffalo in 1998. Julie began treating patients in a hospital setting in Fairbanks, Alaska before joining a multidisciplinary practice to work with a chiropractor and a naturopathic physician, and eventually relocating to Charlottesville.

She is trained in the McKenzie method for the treatment of low back and neck pain. Julie is intrigued by the human body's ability to rehabilitate. She is especially interested in teaching posture re-education and therapeutic exercise.
